Welcome to Drebike. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via drebike.myshopify.com.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Products

The characteristics of our e-bikes and accessories are displayed as accurately as possible on the website.

Minor variations in color or specifications may occur and do not constitute grounds for cancellation.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are only processed after full payment through the available payment methods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of payment issues or suspected fraud.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address you provide.

The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Any delays do not entitle you to compensation.

Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

In accordance with Belgian and European law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason (right of withdrawal).

Exceptions:

  • Accessories (helmets, chargers, locks, and other add-ons) cannot be returned.

  • E-bikes are subject to our Repair-First Policy:

    • If a defect occurs, a certified technician will attempt repair.

    • If the issue cannot be resolved and is considered a serious defect, the e-bike will be collected and replaced.

    • Only in exceptional cases (e.g., severely damaged upon delivery and no stock available for replacement) will a full refund be issued.

6. Warranty

In accordance with Belgian law, a 2-year legal warranty applies to e-bikes.

Warranty is valid only under normal use and becomes void in cases of:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accident.

  • Unauthorized repairs by third parties.

7. Liability

Drebike is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or injuries caused by misuse of the products.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All texts, logos, images, and content on the website are the property of Drebike and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law.

Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district where Drebike is located.
