Refund policy

At Drebike, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you can make a purchase with confidence. Please read our return and refund policy carefully below.

E-Bikes

  • Repair First: If your e-bike has an issue, a certified technician will come to you to try to fix the problem before a return is processed.
  • Returns: If the problem cannot be resolved and is considered a serious defect, the e-bike will be collected and replaced as quickly as possible.
  • Refunds: Refunds are not offered, except in extreme cases where:

    • The e-bike is delivered severely damaged, and

    • A replacement model cannot be provided within a reasonable time due to low stock.
      In such cases, you are entitled to a full refund. 

Accessories

  • Accessories (helmets, chargers, locks, or other extras) are final sale.

  • No returns or refunds are accepted for accessories.

Return Conditions

  • The e-bike must remain in its original condition and must not have been modified or repaired by third parties.

  • Misuse, intentional damage, or negligence voids the right to return or replacement.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at info@drebike.be with your order details and the issue.

2. A technician will be scheduled to inspect and attempt to repair the bike.

3. If the bike is declared irreparable, we will arrange collection and provide a replacement or  refund (if applicable).
