At Drebike, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you can make a purchase with confidence. Please read our return and refund policy carefully below.
E-Bikes
- Repair First: If your e-bike has an issue, a certified technician will come to you to try to fix the problem before a return is processed.
- Returns: If the problem cannot be resolved and is considered a serious defect, the e-bike will be collected and replaced as quickly as possible.

Refunds: Refunds are not offered, except in extreme cases where:
- The e-bike is delivered severely damaged, and
- A replacement model cannot be provided within a reasonable time due to low stock.
In such cases, you are entitled to a full refund.
Accessories
- Accessories (helmets, chargers, locks, or other extras) are final sale.
- No returns or refunds are accepted for accessories.
Return Conditions

The e-bike must remain in its original condition and must not have been modified or repaired by third parties.

Misuse, intentional damage, or negligence voids the right to return or replacement.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact us at info@drebike.be with your order details and the issue.
2. A technician will be scheduled to inspect and attempt to repair the bike.
3. If the bike is declared irreparable, we will arrange collection and provide a replacement or refund (if applicable).
